Flower breathing exercise

 Step 1. Draw a small circle on a blank piece of paper,

Step 2.  Start drawing flower petals as you take a deep breath in while drawing the first part of the petal, when you get to the tip of the petal hold your breath for three seconds and then breath out through the mouth as you draw the second part of the petal as shown in the diagram above.

Step 3. Keep drawing the petals as you breathe in and out until you feel calm.
