Release breathing exercise

Close your eyes and take a deep breath….

Now drop your tongue from the roof of your mouth and relax your jaw.. Focus on your eyebrows and let all the tension drain from every muscle around your eye, let your whole face relax.

I want you to imagine a color and assign it to the idea of peace and contentment and then l want you to imagine a color and assign it to the idea of anxiety and confusion.

Now I want you to breathe in peace and breathe out anxiety….Breath in contentment and breath out confusion.

Repeat this 5 times.

PS. You can assign any feelings you want to release and breathe in based on what you are experiencing.
